Clean, rooms always ready upon arrival no matter what time. Second time staying here and would fully recommend to anyone starting Ha Giang loop to start here.

Cheap place but the room I got was very bad. Outdated and a shower without a shower that wets everything. The staff and people are very nice. The food prepared in the place is nice.

The people were so very nice. Caring and thinking along. They really do their best to keep everything tidy. You feel very welcome and it is such a unique experience in this environment.
